Transportation

Flights

• Consultants are responsible for their own airfare.
• Please schedule your inbound flight to arrive at Richmond International Airport (RIC) by 3:30 p.m. on the first day of the Symposium.
• Outbound flights can be scheduled after 4:00 p.m. on the second day of the Symposium.

Ground Transportation 

• Shuttle service will be available at Richmond International Airport (RIC) for transport to the Jefferson Hotel every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour from Noon until 4:00 p.m. on the first day of the Symposium.
• If your flight arrives before Noon, or you would prefer an alternate mode of transportation, Richmond International Airport is serviced by Uber, Lyft, and taxis.
• Team Virginia will provide all transportation during the visit.
• Return transportation to the airport will be provided.
